This is a small but technical project we built on the water in Lake Oswego. The site is at the bottom of a cliff (a steep zigzag trail descends to the boat house), and thus very difficult to access. We utilized barges to transport tools and materials to the site. We drove piles into the steep lake bed, set and welded the steel beams in order to erect the structure. The setting couldn’t be more beautiful and the final product is a simple but elegant structure that sits nestled against the shore of the main lake.
