These homes were a pair of speculative, custom-designed and built homes in the historic Irvington neighborhood of Portland. Having restored many of the grand old homes in the neighborhood, our intimate knowledge of both detail and layout were applied to achieve a plan that both respects the historic proportions and plan layout while allowing for modern amenities and lifestyle. As with all our projects, this home was built to last for another hundred years. The tight margins and exacting details are seen throughout the home. From the perfectly mitered siding and hand-cut rafter tails (each with a pattern unique only to this home) to the historic dark walnut inlay details in the wood flooring, each component was painstakingly considered and applied.
